I provide individual therapy to adults and teens on issues related to trauma, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, stress and anxiety, and parenting related concerns.
I have received years of specialized training in trauma informed interventions like EMDR. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression and panic disorders.
